A collaboration between the Science Museum and Root7 has brought about OneBottle Science Museum Nebula, which features a photograph of one of the largest star-forming areas of the Milky Way, the Carina Nebula. It lies in the constellation Carina at a distance of 7500 light-years from Earth and stretches over the width of about 260 light-years. It was discovered by Nicolas Louis de Lacaille in the 1850s near the Cape of Good Hope. The image of the Carina Nebula was taken from the Hubble Space Telescope, which has been in space for more than 31 years.
