OneBottle® comes with a lifetime guarantee. Our warranty is a promise. If you notice a problem with regards to hot and cold performance or leaking, we will find a solution for you. Simply register your bottle by filling in the form below. The guarantee does not apply to mechanical damage. We trust you to give us an honest opinion on the condition of your OneBottle®.
What is the OneBottle® Lifetime Guarantee?
By providing a lifetime guarantee, we promise to replace the bottle with a new one if you notice that it is not keeping your drinks hot or cold.
How long does a lifetime guarantee last?
The lifetime guarantee lasts until the end of the product's expected lifetime. Determine the lifespan of your water bottle yourself. We trust you will do so reliably.
What does our guarantee cover?
Our guarantee covers leakage of the bottle and problems with maintaining the temperature of drinks.
Is accidental damage to the bottle covered under the guarantee?
Unfortunately we cannot cover accidental mechanical damage such as dents or scratches.
