PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
"Free delivery for purchases of 50 EURO and "10% on first purchases when signing up for the Root7 Newsletter".
§1
INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
1 The organizer of the Promotion "Free Delivery" is the company Root7 S.C , Tax ID: 522-306-56-77, Business ID: 364695715.
(2) The Promotion is conducted through the root7.pl online store, hereinafter referred to as the "Store".
§2
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION
(1) The Promotion shall commence on 01.01.2023 and shall continue until further notice.
(2) The promotion applies only to orders from 50 EUR with shipping to addresses located in Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Slovakia.
(3) The promotion is open to all natural and legal persons.
(4) Taking advantage of the promotion is done by placing and paying for an order in the Store:
- with a minimum value of 50 EURO.
- when subscribing to the Newsletter -10% from the value of the order
(5) After placing an order for a minimum of 50 Euro, the shipping costs in the shopping cart will automatically be reduced to 0 zlotys, and the customer will not incur any costs associated with the shipping of the goods ordered by him.
(6) After signing up for the Newsletter and placing the first order, the customer will receive an email with a discount code, which, when entered into the appropriate window in the shopping cart, will automatically calculate a discount of -10% of the goods ordered by the customer.
(7) If the customer makes a full or partial withdrawal from the contract (returns part of the purchased goods), the contract for the returned goods in the eyes of the law is considered not concluded. The contract is then concluded only for the products that ultimately remain with the customer. Therefore, if the final contract is concluded for an amount less than 50 EURO (the customer does not meet the conditions of the Promotion), the Organizer has the right to deduct the cost of shipping chosen by the customer from the amount returned to the customer for the goods from the purchase of which he has withdrawn.
