Product returns
Purchased product did not meet your expectations? No problem! You can return the item within 14 days of receiving your order.
SHORT STEP-BY-STEP RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Fill in the product return form received in the parcel
2. Secure the returned product in the parcel. The seals and tags should be intact.
3.Place the product in the parcel together with the completed and signed "Product Return Form".
4.Send the package by courier.
Refund
Refunds are made within 14 days of receipt of the return shipment to the account number indicated by the customer. If the order was paid through PayU or PayPal, the refund is made through the same service (to the account from which the payment was made). If the returned goods were purchased with a gift card, the amount will be refunded to the gift card in an amount corresponding to the spent funds.
Fill in the form and put it in the parcel with the returned product.
